Authorities implemented a zero-traffic system on the National Highway near the conference venue, allowing only event-related vehicles, which should help prevent significant delays. To further ease traffic, officials have planned detours for vehicles traveling between Chennai and Tiruchy. Chennai-bound vehicles will be rerouted at Tindivanam, while Tiruchy-bound traffic will be diverted near Gingee. These changes may add an estimated 15 to 20 minutes to travel times.
