Jayalalithaa critical, patients being shifted out of Apollo

Patients from Apollo hospital, where Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa is being treated, are reportedly being shifted out to nearby hospitals. An abnormally high movement of ambulances to and from the hospital has sparked off speculations of patients being shifted out in light of the CM's critical condition.

Sources reveal that the patients are being shifted to near by hospitals on the instructions of hospital authorities. While it is unclear if patients are being shifted on their own request or on the order of the hospital authorities, unusual ambulance movement has given way to speculations.

The hospital, meanwhile has maintained that J Jayalalithaa continues to be critical and is is being closely monitored. Apollo hospital has taken to its Twitter handle to disperese accurate information about the status of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's health.
