Former vice-president of District Congress Committee Ludhiana Vice President Bhagwan Das Sood and Ganj Singh joined the Akali Dal in the presence of its chief Sukhbir Singh Badal, a party spokesman said.

On the occasion, Sukhbir exhorted party workers to ensure the victory of Akali Dal on all 13 parliamentary seats of Punjab in the next Lok Sabha elections.
