Woman tortured by in-laws for working with cow protection

Bhopal, June 30: A Muslim woman, member of Rashtriya Gau Raksha Vahini, has sought help from Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivarja Singh Chauhan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Mehrunnisa Khan has been allegedly thrashed and abused by my in-laws for being associated with cow protection and for speaking against triple talaq in Madhya Pradesh.
She alleged that the police is nor responding to her complaint.

Mehrunnisa said, " I was thrashed and abused by my in laws for being associated with cow protection&for speaking against triple talaq.Have been complaining for last 3 months but Police not cooperating,appeal for help from Chief Minister and Madhya Pradesh."
