BJP files case against Rahul Gandhi

Bhopal, Oct 24: BJP vice president Prabhat Jha has filed a case in a local court against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for allegedly using a derogatory word against tribal women during a rally in Shahdol district on October 17.

The court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Vishal Sharma today took cognisance of the case filed by Jha yesterday and directed him to record his statement on the issue on November 19.
