Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya on Thursday tied the knot with Carnatic vocalist Sivasri Skandaprasad in a traditional ceremony in Bengaluru.

Surya looked dapper in a white and gold ensemble for his big day, while his bride, Sivasri Skandaprasad, stunned in a yellow Kanchipuram silk saree paired with elegant gold jewelry. In another set of pictures, the bride was seen in a rich red-maroon saree, while the BJP MP opted for a classic off-white outfit.

Who Is Tejasvi Surya's Wife?

His wife, Sivasri Skandaprasad, is well-known for her melodic contributions to Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan franchise. Born on August 1, 1996, she hails from a musically rich lineage as the daughter of Seerkazhi Sri J. Skandaprasad, a renowned Mridangam maestro.

Beyond music, Sivasri holds a bioengineering degree from SASTRA University, where she researched drug-induced developmental and fetal defects. She also has a diploma in Ayurvedic cosmetology from PVA Ayurvedic Hospital.
