Narendra Modi to inaugurate food park in Tumkur on Sept 24

Bangalore, Sept 22: Prime Minister

is going to make his first visit to the state on Sept 23. Modi will be arriving in Bangalore on Sept 23 and is then expected to go to Tumkur on Sept 24 to inaugurate a food park.

Though details of his schedule are still sketchy, reports suggest that Modi will be arriving in Bangalore on Sept 23 and will be welcomed by the state BJP unit. He is expected to spend the evening at Raj Bhavan.

He is then likely to go to Tumkur the following day to inauguarate the food park, in Koravahalli village.

Modi will also witness Mars Orbiter's tryst with the red planet at the ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) in Peenya.

His reception at the Raj Bhavan will be hosted by Governor of Karnataka Vajubhai Vala.
