Karnataka Power Cut on August 5: BESCOM to Cut Power in These Regions, Check Area-Wise List

Residents of Karnataka, especially in Tumakuru, Tiptur, and Chikkanayakanahalli, are set to experience a scheduled power outage on August 5, 2025, due to maintenance and emergency repair work by BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company).

BESCOM has issued a notification detailing the areas that will be impacted by the electricity disruption, with cuts expected from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The scheduled shutdown is necessary for routine maintenance, emergency upgrades, and link repair work at multiple 110/11 KV substations.
