Dharmasthala Case: Will Sites 9–11 Near Netravati Reveal More Shocking Finds?

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing a high-profile case has intensified its excavation efforts in Dharmasthala, Karnataka. Already, skeletal remains have been discovered at site six, and the spotlight is now on three new sites located along the banks of the Netravati River. These areas are just a few meters from the Dharmasthala-Ujire highway and near the Netravati bathing ghat.

Key Findings So Far

Excavation has taken place at 13 locations identified during the investigation. At site six, two human bones were recovered, giving a new dimension to the probe. Site seven yielded only a handkerchief, while nothing was found at site eight. The SIT team had temporarily halted work at these spots due to the lack of physical evidence.

Now, the team has turned its full attention to sites 9, 10, and 11 - dense forest patches near the Netravati River, believed to hold crucial evidence.

Day 5 Excavation Operation Intensifies

On Day 5 (August 2), the SIT has ramped up operations with 20 laborers assisting at the excavation sites. The complainant has been brought back to guide the team through these forested areas, which are believed to contain more skeletal remains or buried evidence.

Due to the sensitive nature of the case, access to these locations may soon be restricted. Barricades and police tape have already been set up, and armed patrols are being conducted day and night to protect the integrity of the sites.

Shocking Claims by Complainant

According to the complainant's account:

Site 9 may contain 6-7 bodies.

Site 10 allegedly holds 3 bodies.

Site 11 is suspected to have 9 buried remains.

All three locations lie close to the Netravati River and are surrounded by dense vegetation. If more skeletal remains are uncovered here, it could significantly advance the investigation.
