Bengaluru: Office boy guns down college girl, arrested by police

Bengaluru, April 1: A college student was shot dead in Bengaluru on late Tuesday night.

The incident took place at Pragathi School, a residential school in Kadugodi. The office boy allegedly shot down the 18-year-old college student and opened fire at her friend as well.

Police officials say that Mahesh was in love with one of the girls. He had repeatedly tried to impose himself on her. However the girl never showed any interest and neither did she reciprocate.

Investigations show that he had repeatedly pestered her since the past couple of months. Angered by her attitude, he decide to kill her.

Mahesh after an argument with the girls last night lost his cool and opened fire on both the girls. He shot the girl at point blank range killing her instantly.

He also shot at the other girl who is now in hospital in a critical condition.
