Bengaluru: Drone camera meant for vigil crashed during New Year celebrations
Bengaluru, Jan 1: In the wake of the recent blast on Church Street, the Bengaluru Police on New Year's eve deployed high tech gadgets to keep a strict vigil on the revelers who would usher the new year.
Police officials used aerial drone cameras during the New Year celebrations. However a news channel reported that the drone camera used for the security purpose crashed shortly after it was put to use.

DCP Central (Bengaluru) had earlier tweeted the images of the drone cameras saying that the police was prepared to handle any untoward incident during the celebrations.
