Meet Anna Lezhneva, Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan's Russian Wife

Actor-politician and Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena Party (JSP), a part of the NDA, emerged as one of the major winners in the recently-held Lok Sabha and Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections.

On Tuesday, the Telugu superstar was unanimously elected as the party floor leader in the AP Assembly, where the JSP has 21 MLAs.

Celebrating this political milestone, Pawan Kalyan returned home to a warm reception from his wife, Anna Lezhneva.

The video of the same has gove viral where Lezhneva performed aarti and applied a tika on Kalyan's forehead, signifying a traditional welcome and blessing.

Background

Anna Lezhneva was born in Russia in 1980 and is a model and actress. She met Pawan Kalyan during the filming of "Teen Maar" in 2011, leading to a romance that culminated into marriage on September 30, 2013. Notably, she is Pawan Kalyan's third wife.

As per NDTV, the couple has a son named Mark Shankar Pawanovich. Anna also has a daughter, Polena Anjana Pawanova, from her first marriage.

Beyond modeling, Anna Lezhneva is also rumored to own hotel chains in Singapore. Her assets, including properties in Russia and Singapore, are reportedly worth around Rs 1800 crore.

Pawan Kalyan was first married to Nandini in 1997 which ended in a divorce in 2008. His second marriage was to his co-actress Renu Desai in 2009, with whom he has two children, Akira Nandan and Aadhya. They separated in 2012.

Anna and Pawan's relationship came under public scrutiny due to his past failed marriages.

Kalyan and Lezhneva's marriage was also a fodder for the gossip mongers, especially when the latter wasn't seen at family events. However, such rumours were soon quashed after both of them started appearing together regularly.

Lezhneva's was also seen cheering for Kalyan during his oath-taking ceremony.
