The TDP and JDU are expected to provide letters of support to the BJP in Delhi, paving the way for the NDA to stake its claim to form the government at the Centre.

In the state elections, the TDP dominated the polls, winning 135 out of 175 seats. The Jana Sena Party won 21 seats, while the BJP won 8 seats. The YSR Congress Party suffered a significant defeat, losing 18 Lok Sabha seats and 129 state assembly seats.
The NDA secured a total of 292 seats in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, with the BJP winning 240 seats and its allies TDP and JDU winning 16 and 12 seats, respectively. This marks a significant improvement from the 2019 elections, when the BJP won 303 seats without the support of its allies.
