Monsoon session of Par to begin on Aug 10

New Delhi, Aug 9: The Monsoon Session of Parliament, which begins tomorrow, is likely to see the introduction of 25 Bills and discussion and passage of another 25 Bills. Three Bills may be withdrawn during the session.

The US-India civl nuclear deal, the flood situation in the country, political developments in Goa and the agriculture crisis are likely to figure in the over month-long session.

Social security for unorganised labourers, price situation and internal security in the country will also be discussed.

The opposition National Democratic Alliance has chalked out its strategy for the session, while the Left is fine tuning its strategy today.
