Terror Group IM threatens to attack Mumbai soon

Mumbai, July 10: Terror Group Indian Mujahideen (IM) seems to have threatened to attack Mumbai in near future. A Twitter account, which purportedly brings messages from the terror group, carried a tweet saying, "Hamara Agla Target Mumbai Hai. Rock Sago Toh Rock Lo, 7 days Left (Our next target is Mumbai. Stop us if you can. Seven days left)."

The group is alsobelieved to have accepted responsibilities for the recent serial bomb blasts which rocked the religious town Bodh Gaya in Bihar. Turning up to micro-blogging site, the terror group tweeted, "9 Dhamake Hum ne Karay (we carried out the nine blasts)."

However, there were no confirmed information regarding the authenticity of the Twitter account.The National Investigation Agency (NIA) sought help from Twitter to know the registration details the account.

Times of India quoted a senior Home Minister official as saying, "We are trying to gather details relating to identity and IP address used to register the account. Though it could be a fake handle created by an impostor, we have to rule out any genuine link to IM, more so as as a tweet ahead of the blasts warns of an impending strike at Mumbai."

The NIA, which has been handed over the investigation charge of Bodh Gaya blasts, announced reward for receiving information on blasts and suspects.

Nine serial blasts shook the city on Sunday, July 7. Two monks from Tibet and Myanmar were injured in the explosions.
