Pak continuously trying to disturb peace in J-K: Minister
Kathua (J-K), July 10: Pakistan was consistently trying to disturb peace in Jammu and Kashmir, Minister of State for Home Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo said today.
"The atmosphere in Kashmir is peaceful, but our neighbour from across the border try to disturb the situation whenever it is peaceful. It is continuous process," Kichloo said when asked about recent terrorist activities in the state.
The minister, however, said that the overall situation in the Valley was calm. "Overall the atmosphere in Kashmir is normal and peaceful. Tourist are coming and thousands of people are participating in the Amarnath yatra," he said.

On the video footage of the beheading of an Indian soldier by Pak troops in Mendhar area of Poonch district earlier this year, being put on the Internet, Kichloo said, "Our police and Army is investigating the issue and the truth will come out soon."
Kichloo, who was here to inaugurate an industrial unit, preferred to remain silent on the recent Chinese incursion in Chumaar area of Ladakh.
