Tatra Truck deal: CBI raids ex-Army officials residence

During the interrogation, Vectra Chairman Ravi Rishi's employees gave the names of the army officers, sources claimed.
On Tuesday, Apr 17 Defence PSU BEML Chairman VRS Natarajan was questioned by the CBI for the first time in connection with alleged irregularities in the deal and supply of Trucks.
Meanwhile, CBI also questioned Vectra Chairman Ravinder Rishi and former Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) Director (Defence Procurement) V Mohan for nearly five hours about the irregularities in the Tatra truck deal.
Last month, Army Chief General VK Singh had revealed that he was offered a bribe of Rs 14 crore to clear the deal.
