Tamil Nadu Budget 2012: Govt to draw Rs 20k cr investment

"Memorandum of understanding (including Yamaha) are expected to be signed very soon,” Mr Panneerselvam said, adding that the State Government was confident of attracting Rs 20,000 crore of investment in the next six months." said Mr. Panneerselvan.
Besides this, as many as 11 companies are in constant touch with Tamil Nadu govt to finalise their investment.
Moreover, Yamaha would be the second two-wheeler company after TVS Motor to set up base in Tamil Nadu.
