Unlucky 13: Earthquake again shakes Uttar Pradesh & Delhi

Lucknow, Mar 13: An earthquake once again shook Uttar Pradesh and especially the western part of the state on Tuesday, Mar 13. The tremor was felt in Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) also.

However, it was a mild quake measuring 3.5 magnitude on the Richter Scale. Sources from India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed that the mild earthquake shook the region at around 3:55 am and the epicentre of the quake was Baghpat in Western Uttar Pradesh. No measure damage has been reported yet.

Earthquake felt in North India several times in the recent past. While an earthquake, measuring 4.9 on the Richter Scale, shook entire North India and especially the NCR region on Mar 5, another earthquake, measuring 5.6 magnitude on Richter Scale, rocked Jammu Kashmir and parts of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) on Monday.
