2G:Subramanian Swamy moves Supreme Court against Chidambaram

Subramanian Swamy and P Chidambaram
New Delhi, Feb 23: The whistle-blower, Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy on Thursday, Feb 23 moved the Supreme Court against P Chidamabaram over 2G spectrum scam. Congress may face another trouble over corruption in telecom scam.

Swamy alleged Chidambaram as the co-accused with former telecom minister A Raja and also claimed that he (Swamy) will be able to prove the criminal charges against the union home minister if he (Chidambaram) is forced to undergo a cross-examination. Swamy, trying to clarify his stand on the entire issue, reminded people that in its 70 para verdict, the Delhi court was agreed with Swamy's statements in 65 paras.

Delhi court judge OP Saini earlier had dismissed Swamy's petition against Chidambaram to make him the co-accused in the 2G spectrum scam.
