Major fire gulps 11 godowns in Crawford market in Mumbai

Mumbai, Feb 5: A major fire broke out at Crawford market in Mumbai. The accident occurred in the midnight of Saturday (Feb 4). At least 11 godowns have been gutted, though no casualties have reported yet.

According to sources, the recent fire accident caused an extensive damage. Many fire tenders rushed to the area after being alarmed about the incident.

Casualties could be averted since the incident happened in the early hours. The damages incurred is massive since the area in a major electronics and gadgets hub in the city.

Here it can be mentioned that this was the second similar kind of fire accident in last two months. Earlier in similar kind of incident, Manish Market and Sahara shopping complex were completely gutted in the fire.
