Jayalalithaa files suit against DMK treasurer M K Stalin
Meanwhile, a petition has been filed in the principal sessions court by public prosecutor M.L. Jagan seeking punishment for Mr Stalin and Mr R.M.R. Ramesh, editor, printer and publisher of eveninger Tamil Murasu that contained Mr Stalin's statement against AIADMK supremo.
Jayalalitha claim that earlier on Dec 2 last year, M K Stalin had insisted the additional DGP that a case be filed against Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa for allegedly encroaching upon land in Kodanad.
The DMK treasurer had also alleged that Jayalalithaa had grabbed land in kidanadu, which is her vacation home. He had insisted the cops to file a case against the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister for the same. Moreover, Mr Stalin also issued a press statement on this, which was carried by Tamil Murasu.
