Italy disaster: Divers still searching for missing Indian

The family of the missing Indian in Mumbai is still eagerly waiting in hope that their loved one survived. But the Italian authorities still don't have any clue about the missing Rebello.
According to media reports, Italian Cabinet has declared a formal emergency for the island where the disaster happened in order to help the rescue operation in the area. The cabinet also alerted the people leaving near the island of Giglio that there are fears of a potential spill from the ship's tanks filled with 2,380 tonnes of fuel oil that could cause an environmental disaster.
Meanwhile, till now, eleven people have been confirmed dead in the tragedy and over sixty injured. The captain of the ship, Francesco Schettin who is being investigated for multiple manslaughter, abandoning ship and causing a shipwreck, is currently under house arrest at his home on the Amalfi coast. He is expected to appeal against the restriction.
