Imran Khan terms Prez Zardari as the 'biggest dacoit' of Pak

Imran Khan
Islamabad, Jan 20: Pakistan's emerging political party Tehreek-e-Insaf supremo Imran Khan on Friday, Jan 20 strongly demanded the resignation of Pakistan government led by President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.

The Tehreek-e-Insag supremo also said that the Supreme Court should take strong steps against President Zardari for his alleged involvement in the memogate scandal and other corruption charges.

Khan further went on terming Zardari as the "biggest dacoit" of Pakistan and alleged him of stashing huge amounts of black money in the Swiss Bank. He also urged the government to conduct early elections to move out from current stand-off, but made it clear that he won't support a military coup.

He said that the ongoing political crisis in Pakistan has affected the democracy badly and claimed that the system will not be affected if Zardari and Gilani resign.
