A flag was a hoisted in Sindhagi town in front of the tahsildar's office on Sunday, Jan 1.
The flag is believed to have been hoisted at midnight when the town was celebrating New Year. It was found that a two wheeler vehicle was parked in front of the tahsildar's office on the day the incident took place.
