Bhanwari Devi: Arrested Maderna harassed over sex CD?

Divya accused the investigation agency of harassing her father. She has been quoted as saying, "I was allowed to meet him (Maderna) only for one minute on Wednesday and I found that he was seriously unwell as the CBI officials were harassing him during interrogation."
"My father is not keeping well. He has not slept and is under acute depression. But the CBI officials were asking unnecessary questions and forcing him to accept whatever they (officials) are asking," added Divya.
However, the CBI officials overruled all allegations hurled against them and claimed that they have been taking care of Maderna and have not done anything which can hamper his health condition.
Maderna was arrested on Dec 2 and later taken to Delhi for further interrogation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The charge-sheet also been filed against three more accused - Shahbuddin, Sohanlal and Baldev for abducting Bhanwari on the behest of Maderna and Parasram Bishnoi, the brother of Congress MLA Malkhan Singh.
Bhanwari Devi had gone missing from Bilara area, Jodhpur since Sept 1. Mahipal Maderna was later sacked by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot from the state cabinet on Oct 16. Earlier, the CBI had found some sex CDs, allegedly showing the former Water Resource Minister in a compromising position with the 36-year-old nurse.
