Cash-for-votes:Another blow to BJP,MP Argal to be prosecuted

Delhi Police Crime Branch earlier in 2011 questioned Argal along with Samajwadi Party MP Rewati Raman Sin.
Rewati allegedly approached Argal on the behalf of Amar Singh requesting Argal to support UPA in the 2008 trust vote at a fixed rate. However, Argal's statement was not accepted at face value.
Former BJP MPs - Mahavir Singh Bhagora and Faggan Singh Kulaste have already been sent to judicial custody. Another "whistle-blower", LK Advani's former aide, Sudheer Kulkarni also has been arrested recently over the same scam.
