'Money talks and Yeddyurappa walks'

New Delhi, Jul 25: "Money talks and Yeddy walks," said Congress spokesperson, Manish Tiwari hitting back at BJP for not taking any action against the Karnataka CM, Yeddyurappa over the mining scam.

The Congress further called BSY - the Kaveri of corruption and blamed BJP for being silent over the Yeddyurappa issue.

"Money from illegal mining is distributed in the highest ranks of BJP officials," said Tiwari.

Talking about A Raja's claims, the party rubbished the allegations that he had given in the CBI court.

Defending the Prime Minister, Congress said, "PM's integrity is respected all over the world."

The BJP in a press conference had lashed out at the Congress blaming the party of hiding facts on the 2G Spectrum allocation scam.

"We have said that the scam cannot be a work of one person alone," said Nitin Gadkari, BJP spokesperson.

Backing Raja's claims, BJP further demanded the resignation of the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and P Chidambaram on the grounds that they tried to hide facts.

The party further said that they wanted to know why the Prime Minister did not respond to the letters written by Raja adding that the party was exposed by their own ex-member, A Raja.
