Recently, world's second largest mobile phone maker, Samsung officially announced the launch of Nexus S smartphone in Indian market. With the gaining popularity for Android mobiles, the Nexus S grabbed much attention from smartphone lovers in the country. Following the huge sale of Nexus S, Samsung plans to launch the White Nexus S in India.

Prior to the official launch, one of the largest online retailers in India, Flipkart started the sale of Nexus S in white colour. Earlier, Flipkart brought the black Nexus S to India with a price tag less than the official price. While the Nexus S has an official price of Rs 29,590, the white model will be available at Rs 25,499.

The new Samsung Nexus S, which is co-manufactured with Google, will offer the latest Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, making it as the first NFC powered smartphone in Indian market. This new model runs on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating sytem powered with 1GHz Hummingbird processor.

Samsung Google Nexus S is bar type phone with Super Clear LCD Capacitative Touchscreen display. With a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, the 4 inch screen provides acrage for rich content display. Tis new Android mobile offers 16 GB internal memory and can be extended up to 32 GB using micro SD cards.
