Now its Baba Ramdev's turn to go on fast against corruption

The latest star campaigner in the anti-corruption drive is spiritual leader Baba Ramdev, who is all geared up to launch his nationwide people's movement 'Satyagraha against corruption' from June 4. The information was revealed by his spokesperson on Wednesday.
S K Tijarawala, speaking on behalf of Baba Ramdev said, "The movement will begin after he completes his 'Bharat Swabhiman Yatra', a journey of one lakh km which began from Dwarka on September 2 last year and will end at Ujjain (in Madhya Pradesh) on June 1."
The yoga guru will announce further details of his planned movement against graft on Apr 27. Also in the pipeline is to draft an open letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh concerning three issues namely the creation of an independent, impartial Lokpal (ombudsman), bringing back black money worth over Rs.400 lakh crore parked in tax havens abroad and doing away with the British system of education, law and order, governance and taxation and replacing it with a 'swadeshi' model.
Lets hope that Baba Ramdev's effort bears fruit and does not get caught up in controversies.
