Dhumal not in favour of scrapping Class X board exams
Hamirpur, Feb 19 (PTI) Himachal Chief Minister P KDhumal today said he was not in favour of the HRD ministry''sproposal of scrapping the Class 10 board exams and called forreview of the policy.
Students would be under more pressure at the higherlevel if these board examinations were scrapped, Dhumal toldreporters.
Replying to a query on the dharna by BJP MP RajanSushant yesterday against shifting of a meeting venue, he saidthat the matter would be solved soon.
Dhumal said that his government would formulate arational policy for regularisation of the employees recruitedon contractual basis.
