Amid health concerns, Apple CEO to meet Obama

In Jan 2011, Steve Jobs, who is credited with single-handedly turning the fortunes of Apple, took his third medical leave in seven years. The leave had cast serious aspersions on the health of the Apple CEO, who is a pancreatic cancer survivor.
In Jobs absence Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook is in charge of the daily affairs of Apple's operations.
The Obama administration which is battling serious inflation and facing the challenge of reviving the American economy to its days of glory is taking major initiatives to develop its rapport with the country's hugely successful business community.
Among others scheduled to attend the meeting are, Cisco Systems Chief Executive John Chambers, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Google Chief Executive Eric Schmidt, Netflix Chief Executive Reed Hastings, Oracle Chief Executive Larry Ellison, Twitter Chief Executive Dick Costolo, Yahoo Chief Executive Carol Bartz and John Doerr, a partner in capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
