Arun Shourie gets CBI summon over 'loot' scam

CBI sources informed that Shourie will be questioned about NDA government's "first come first served policy" which was followed by the ex-telecom minister A Raja while denoting 2G spectrum.

However, Mr Shourie claimed that during his meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, he (Shourie) had already clarified his stand in the case 1.76 lakh crore "loot" scam.
Raja has been detained over his alleged role in 2G spectrum allocation scam as he is accused of favouring some telecom companies. Now, in an another shocker, Raja has been charged of taking bribes from one company.
