Madhav Lal takes charge as Chief Secretary of J
Jammu, Jan 31 (PTI) Senior IAS officer Madhav Laltoday took over charge as Chief Secretary of Jammu andKashmir.
Madhav Lal, a 1977 batch IAS officer of J&K cadre hasserved the state in different capacities earlier.
Before his appointment as Chief Secretary of the statehe was in the Centre as Additional Secretary in the Ministryof Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
He took over from his predecessor Sham SunderKapoor, who retired today.
Several senior bureaucrats were present on theoccasion welcomed the new Chief Secretary and wished him. PTIAB
