Russian Navy Commander receives 'Guard of Honour' in Delhi
New Delhi, Jan 17 (ANI): Russian Navy Commander Admiral Vladimir Vysotsky, who is expected to hold talks with the Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Nirmal Verma, on strengthening coast guards and bringing scientific reforms in the navies of both the nations received a 'Guard of Honour' during a ceremonial reception here on Monday.
Admiral Vysotsky inspected the 'Guard of Honour' in the presence of Admiral Verma, who was present at the ceremony to welcome the Russian Navy Commander.
The visiting Russian Navy Commander would leave India on Wednesday. (ANI)
