Pakistani wrestler sets new world record with 2,503 push-ups
New Delhi, Jan 12 (ANI): A Pakistani wrestler has made a new world record with continuous 2,503 push-ups.
According to Pakistani newspaper Daily Times, wrestler Munir Ahmed showed his phenomenal struggle for one hour and 25 minutes.
Ahmad with this performance surpassed an Indian national's record of having maximum continuous push-ups.
The world-record-setting demonstration was witnessed by thousands of spectators in Sheikhupura near Pakistan's eastern city of Lahore, reports Xinhua.
Ahmed said he was ecstatic at this feat for his country. He also announced that all the proceeds and prizes from the event would be donated to flood victims. (ANI)
