26/11 victim's kin sues ISI, LeT in court

New York, Nov 23: A relative of the victims of 26/11 2008 Mumbai attacks registered a case against Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) in a Brooklyn court, local media reported on Nov 23.

The man, who few days back honoured his grand son Moshe's nany for rescuing the child during the 26/11 attacks, sued ISI and LeT under the case of a wrongful death.

Rabbi Gavriel Noah Holtzberg and his pregnant wife Rivka were slaughtered when the attackers entered the Chabad Lubavitch centre in Nov 2008.

The couple were killed in front of their wo-year-old son Moshe, who was rescued by his nany Sandra.
