BS Yeddyurappa
New Delhi, Nov 22: Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa on Monday, Nov 22 reached New Delhi in the evening but desperately avoid to meet BJP president Nitin Gadkari.

Yeddyurappa, who was summoned to the capital by the top BJP leaders in the morning on Nov 22, skipped the meeting and left for Puttaparthi to participate in the ongoing 85th birthday celebrations of Satya Sai Baba.

However, after reaching the capital to meet top party official, Yeddyurappa reiterated, "Nobody has asked me to resign."

There was speculation that BJP would ask Yeddyurappa to resign from his post and the party was also in hunt for the Chief Minister's expected successor.
