Oz teen accused of Indian student's murder

Melbourne, Oct 21: After almost ten months of Indian student, Nitin Garg's murder case, an Australian court on Thursday, Oct 21 charged a 16-year-old boy with the murder of Garg.

During the court procedure, the court also alleged the teenager that he threatened and chased on Garg at least two other occasions before his death.

21-year-old Garg was stabbed as he walked through Cruickshank Park, in Melbourne's west on Jan 2, 2010.

However, he was not robbed and his belongings were left scattered in the park where he was killed.
