Kashmiri pandits hurl shoe at Geelani

New Delhi, Oct 21: During a strong protest of Kashmiri pandits against the presence of separatists leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani, the Hurriyat leader faced a shoe attack on Thursday, Oct 21.

Shouting slogans like, "Bharat mata ki jay," "Vande Mataram", the protesters created ruckus at the convention on "Azaadi, the only Way," which was being attended by a number of sympathisers of Kashmiri separatists and naxals.

More than 70 protesters asked Geelani to leave the place.

However, the protesters were led out by the police.
