Philippines: 2 abducted Indians rescued

Manila, Oct 17: Two Indian nationals and a Filopino kidnapped in Philippines on Thursday, Oct 14, were rescued unharmed after a gunfight in General Trias town, Cavite province, 75 kilometres south of Manila.

The law enforcers in a gunfight killed the all the kidnappers on Saturday, Oct 16 morning in south Manila.

Pavitter Singh and Balvir Singh, two Indian nationals, and Luciano Clemen, a Filipino, were kidnapped from Marilao town of Bulacan province.

All the five kidnappers were killed in the rescue operation and the police authorities also recovered various arms from the kidnappers.
