Oz couple jailed for sex with 9-year-old son
Sydney, Oct 15 (ANI): A married couple in Sydney has been jailed for sexually assaulting their 9-year-old son.
The father has been put behind bars for nine years while the mother would be in jail for three years and nine months.
The offences included performing oral sex on the child; massaging his penis and having the boy do the same to him. The father had also admitted putting a video of his wife and son engaging in sex acts online.
"This man was sexually abusing his son and I have no doubt he was doing it for his own sexual gratification," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted the judge as saying.
"This is his son, who was entitled to be protected by his father, not abused by him. [The woman's] attitude to these offences is almost unbelievable," the judge said.
"She blames her husband and I am satisfied that he did have some domination over her. However, she seems to believe it is acceptable to carry out sexual acts with her nine-year-old son," added the judge.
Judge Garling found the boy had suffered "significant emotional harm" as a result of the abuse. (ANI)
