N. Korea proposes military talks with S. Korea

Seoul, Sept. 16 (ANI): North Korea has proposed to hold military talks with South Korea, Yonhap news agency quoted military authorities in the South as reporting on Thursday.

Pyongyang Wednesday suggested the working-level talks via a military communications line at the border truce village of Panmunjom, according to Yonhap. (ANI)
