Buffalo launches hard disk drive, MiniStation Lite

New York, Aug 31: One of the leading PC memory storage device manufacturer, Buffalo Technology, has launched new MiniStation Lite USB 3.0 portable hard disk drive that can store, protect and transport digital images, music and other files easily.

The new MiniStation Lite USB 3.0 features Eco Manager and Turbo PC for windows and has a plug and play option. MiniStation Lite will provide 25 percent faster transfer rate in Windows operating systems with Turbo PC feature.

The maufacturers claimed that the MiniStation Lite will reduce the power usage and battery consumption by an energy efficiency tool. They also claimed that the MiniStation Lite will be ideal for for users who need high-speed USB powered storage for the storage and transfer of digital content.

The new USB 3.0 feature will provide accelerated file access and increased transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps. MiniStation Lite can be used with Windows and Mac operating systems. The new 500 GB MiniStation Lite USB 3.0 will cost Rs 9,000 and 640 GB priced at Rs 11,000.
