New Delhi, Aug 17: After much dilemma and discussions, Research In Motion (RIM) finally informed that they are ready to provide manual access code to BlackBerry messenger service from Sep 1.

They also added that the automatic access would be provided to the Indian government from Nov, 2010.

According the sources, RIM officials are coming on Tuesday, Aug 17 to meet the Ministry of Home Affairs and Department of Telecommunications.

RIM officials informed that technical discussions on BlackBerry enterprise server are still on the process.

The BlackBerry makers hoped that after this move, Indian government's concern over BlackBerry's security threat may allay fears.

RIM had been given a deadline of Aug 31 to give the means to read e-mail and instant messages sent over the BlackBerry by Indian authorities.

RIM had been threatened that BlackBerry services would be banned if the company did not comply with the Government's demand.
