Charlie Sheen plea hearing postponed again
London, July 11 (ANI): The next hearing in actor Charlie Sheen's assault case has been postponed, which has given him few extra weeks of freedom before he turns himself into authorities.
According to TMZ.com, the 'Two and a Half Men' star has learned he will have to wait before he can start his jail spell as the court date has been rescheduled for August, reports the Daily Star.
The lawyers for both parties are still struggling to work out the finer details of the plea agreement.
The 'Two and a Half Men' star, who was due to return to work on his hit sitcom, will allegedly enter a no contest plea to a charge of third degree assault when he appears before a court next month.
Shortly after the case was continued last month, he said, "I wouldn't mind getting the thing done and getting it behind me." (ANI)
