Cutchsoft launches ready-to-print cheque management application in Kochi

Kochi (Kerala), July 9 (ANI): To ease the errors on writing bank checks, Cutchsoft Private Limited, the technology arm of Cutch Group, unveiled its new Windows-software based Cheque Management application, Cheque Strategic Office Software (Cheque SOS) in Kochi.

With an aim on comprehensive management function, which includes cheque printing, and to avoid preventable mismanagement of cheques this software is designed.

One of the unique features of the software is that it automatically converts the amount entered in numbers to words thereby eliminating the possibility of making any mistake. he software allows the user to track all the cheques issued and supports different types of printers Laser, Inkjet and Dot-Matrix printers.

Specially designed for small and medium businesses, the software helps organize, print and track the cheques issued by the company.

Aimed at increasing efficiency of a company's financial dealings, the interface not only saves time for writing and managing individual cheques but also eliminates human-error while writing them.

Yasser Rahman, Managing Director of Cutchsoft said, "The software helps manage the entire cheque cycle of the organization and it's a simple to use software that will help the user print cheques directly from one's home or office printer. In addition, it provides a professional edge to the small and medium businesses."

At present, the company has appointed two distributors in Trivandrum and Kochi and are looking for expanding the distributor network in Kerala.

The interface allows the user to type all the cheque elements including payee, date, amount, a/c payee only, bearer, and place of issues.

The printed cheque is ready to issue once signed. In the chequebook, user can easily create cheque with pre-defined cheque number. The user can print a series of cheques in a batch by specifying the account and the cheque numbers. By Juhan Samuel (ANI)
