PPP information secretary accuses Nawaz' allies of having terror links
Islamabad, July 8 (ANI): Pakistan People's Party (PPP) information secretary Fauzia Wahab has accused Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif's allies of having links with terror mongers.
In an interview with a private television channel, Wahab alleged that some of the close aides of Sharif have "close links with terrorists and they want to damage the democracy."
She also critisiced Sharif for trying to destabilise the PPP government by making issues out of nothing.
"These are the same persons who were mourning on Benazir's shahadat and when bill of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) was presented before Parliament then they recommended changing its name as the National Income Support Programme (NISP)," The Nation quoted Wahab, as saying. (ANI)
