Pay 50m pounds and be the owner of Stonehenge!

London, May 25 (ANI): Want to own the Stonehenge-one of Britain's most famous landmarks? Well, just shell out 51 million pounds and it could be yours.

According to a survey of 500 estate agents, the mystic structure would cost 51 million pounds if it was put up for sale.

Other landmarks include 10 Downing Street, priced at 5.2 million pounds, and Windsor Castle, valued at 390.9 million pounds.

The survey carried out by property website FindaProperty.com also suggested Brighton Pavillion is valued at 51.9 million pounds and Blackpool Tower at 60 million pounds.

"Based on these valuations, the government and Crown probably own enough land and property to pay down the national debt pretty significantly," the Telegraph quoted Nigel Lewis, a property analyst at FindaProperty.com, as saying.

"Of course, we know these landmarks will never be put up for sale, but with property prices shooting up 10 per cent in value over the past year we thought it would be fun to see what the market consensus was about their values.

"It's quite a challenge for estate agents more used to valuing suburban semis to put an accurate valuation on a royal castle or ancient monument, but there was a surprising amount of agreement between the different agents we spoke to," he added. (ANI)
