North Korea threatens South Korea
Seoul, May 24: Despite the warnings from the US administration, North Korea threatened to fire at the South Korean equipment at border, if it would put up to broadcast the anti-Pyongyang messages. It also threatened conflicts if Seoul escalated tensions.
The warning came in a statement on Monday, May 24 from a military commander carried by a North Korean news agency.
South Korea said that it would resume the broadcasts at the border which had been suspended for six years, as a protest and punishment against the Cheonan ship sinking.
